Ministry Staff

At Agape Orphanages, we're blessed with some of the most incredible, God fearing individuals who truly have a desire to see Christ's love poured out on orphans. In fact, our ministry staff consists only of volunteer workers and self-supported missionaries, so you know that their hearts are really in it for the right reasons! Tim and Heather Hoff
Tim, as the founder of Agape Orphanages International, oversees much of the organization's operations. Together with his wife, Heather, he has been praying for many years about how God could use him to serve a "bigger" purpose. Finally, in June of '06, the answer came in the form of a clear calling to start Agape. Now, Tim spends many hours a week at home (after his regular job) getting things moving for the first orphanage building in Brazil. Just five minutes with Tim, and you can instantly catch his passion for helping the children of Brazil (perhaps that's partly because he spent two years on the Amazon at a small mission school).
Tim and Heather have four young children and live near Seattle, WA

John and Joyce Larrabee
John and Joyce have been serving the Lord in Brazil ever since the 80's and have been instrumental in helping get Agape off the ground. Their love for the Lord shows as they travel around the Amazon, working with local churches in the area. The Larrabees have also been involved in Tim's life for many years, and have provided the inspiration and encouragement needed to turn a dream into a reality.
John and Joyce currently are serving the Lord in Brazil.
