In less then one week, Agape's founder/director Tim Hoff will be traveling to Brazil to inspect a new piece of land that has recently come available in Urucurituba. Even more exciting is the fact that Tim will be taking the legal paperwork and financial backing needed to make an offer on the land and initiate the purchase process! We ask that you join with us in praying for clear guidance during this trip and during the site inspection; if all goes well, this will be a major step forward in the creation of the first Agape orphanage.
Traveling with Tim on this trip will be two other ministry partners, his mother, Mary Hoff and friend, Bud Lovell. Together, the three will fly down to Manaus on the sixth of November and will stay until the 19th. While in-country, they will be able to spend time inspecting the new piece of land, meeting once again with partners at the local church and visiting the mission school nearby (the same one that Tim attended during high school).
In addition to asking for your prayer support during this trip, we are requesting that you once again consider the ways God might be encouraging you to participate in this life-changing project. With the purchase of land comes many new opportunities for mission trips and fundraiser projects as we begin preparing for our first building.
