We hope you've enjoyed reading the Brazil travel journals from our recent mission trip (once again, if you missed any of the eight emails, you can read them all by going to our "News" page and looking at the Nov. 10th update). All in all, the trip was an amazing experience for both Tim and Kevin. God did so much for the ministry through the connections and contacts that were made. Everyone involved is truly excited about the progress that's been made toward making the first orphanage building a reality! Once again, we wanted to say a big "thank you" to all of you who prayed for this trip and for Tim and Kevin's safety; God listened and blessed us greatly!If you've been inspired by the travel journals you've read these past weeks, or if you feel God calling you to be more involved in this ministry and the work we're doing 
in Brazil, then we have an opportunity for you! On July 26th through August 10th, we're taking 20 individuals with us on our next mission trip to the Amazon. For two weeks, you can help us further the work of Agape in Brazil. We'll be working on a variety of projects to prepare for the orphanage and to assist our partner churches in the region. The only requirements for the trip as follows:
- Provision of your own support
(via fundraising or personal contributions) - Ability to participate in some physical
activity
(the Amazon climate can be warm and humid) - Desire to have an incredible adventure while serving God overseas!

You might remember that we previously mentioned the Helping Hands gift boutique coming in December to Buckley, Washington. Well, the time has finally come and we're gearing up for this big fundraiser at the end of the week. If you or someone you know lives near the Buckley/Enumclaw area of Washington state, please remember this great holiday fundraiser. The dates and times are Friday, Dec. 7th and Saturday, Dec. 8th from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM. This year's Helping Hands boutique will be held at "The Summit" Evangelical Free Church; 920 Rosevelt Ave., Enumclaw. To view a map and get directions, click here.
This annual fundraiser, which has helped provide money for various orphan projects in the past, contains a large variety of homemade gifts, crafts, artwork and holiday treats. Every item in the boutique has been donated to our organization so 100% of the proceeds go directly to Agape! Please consider inviting everyone you know and coming to the sale this Friday and Saturday; there are unique gifts for everyone on your list, plus you'll be contributing to a great cause at the same time! If you can't make it, stay tuned for information about how you can purchase items via the internet (more on this next week!).
